The Coates family has been growing willows and crafting willow baskets and garden furniture for over 200 years, and certainly knows their stuff! A visit to the museum is a must to learn about the history of willow growing and browse the extensive Willow Shop for a wide selection of willow products – all sustainable and built to last a lifetime.
A visit to Coates English Willows not only means seeing willows growing but also an opportunity to purchase the beautiful willow products, and visit Stripples shop, selling local Somerset products. There is also the fascinating Antiqua Ships, which repair, restore, and renovate antique model ships, and Alison Nash mixed media mosaics and embroidery.
